Member of the construction management team overseeing work for the New International Terminal Complex, Baggage Handling System, North Connector Buildings. This effort involved a “pooling” of data relevant to the disposition of approximately 4,000 change orders, saving the Airport approximately 50% from the contractor’s submitted estimates. Our reviews and recommendations resulted in the delivery of all negotiation records suitable for audit and final payments.
