The $1.3 B SCAS Terminal Area Improvement Program. The facilities consist of the New Central Terminal “B” which is three stories over a basement, totaling +409,000 GSF in addition to a 200 room hotel which is situated above the terminal.

Services provided include estimating, value engineering, and contractor negotiation on terminals, concourses, taxiways, runways, vehicle service roads, elevated roadways, and other civil improvements.
