Member of the team overseeing work for the New International Terminal Complex, Baggage Handling System, North Connector Buildings. This effort involved developing a database to track the disposition of over 4,000 change orders, saving the Airport approximately 50% from the contractor’s submitted estimates. Our comprehensive database was able to track all phases of the change order estimating process and facilitated the delivery of all negotiation records suitable for audit and final payments.
