New 550,000 gsf office building with new 650,000 gsf parking structure. Project incorporated extensive LEED features including passive day lighting, skylights, light shelves, lighting control, sustainable materials, drought resistant planting with minimal irrigation. Extensive custom curtain wall, UPS backup and emergency generator support. Extensive site and roadway improvements. Estimate was within 2% of actual low bid.
